These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between Save That Lead (“Save That Lead,” “we,” “us”) and the business or individual creating an account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Save That Lead provides missed-call text-back software: a dedicated business phone number, automatic SMS replies to callers whose calls go unanswered, a lead inbox, notifications, and related analytics. We provision telephony and messaging through licensed carriers and may modify features from time to time, provided the core service is not materially reduced during a paid term.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. The service is intended for business use by legitimate operating businesses.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start, and automated text-backs pause at the end of the trial unless a payment method is added. Paid subscriptions are $29 per month per business phone number (including 200 outbound SMS per month) plus $9 per month per additional team seat, billed in advance through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future charges and paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
These terms govern the Save That Lead missed-call text-back program, under which a consumer who calls a participating business and does not reach them receives one automated SMS from the business's dedicated number acknowledging the missed call.
Consent. Consumers opt in by placing a call to a participating business. Before the text is sent, the caller hears a recorded notice on the line stating that a follow-up text will be sent. No contact lists are uploaded, purchased, or imported; a number is only messaged if it first called the business.
Message frequency. One (1) message per missed call. Actual frequency varies with the number of calls a consumer places.
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your carrier plan.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number. To rejoin, reply START.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at support@savethatlead.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, read our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may use the messaging features only for transactional missed-call follow-ups to consumers who called your business. You agree to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and messaging regulations, including the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, and carrier requirements; (b) never upload, purchase, or import contact lists for messaging; (c) never send marketing, promotional, or prohibited content (including SHAFT content: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) through the service; (d) honor consumer opt-outs immediately; and (e) keep your message template truthful and identifying your business. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and we may suspend messaging immediately where required by carriers or law.
We own the Save That Lead software, website, and branding. You retain ownership of your business content (including your message template) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that calls, forwards, or messages will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free; telephony and SMS delivery depend on third-party carriers and networks outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save That Lead will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities (including missed leads), even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required for legal or carrier-compliance reasons. Upon termination, your dedicated number and messaging are deactivated; Sections 7–12 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
